Katie Parker
Chief Operating Officer
Katie Parker, CAWA, is the Chief Operating Officer for the Dumb Friends League, an organization that provided early inspiration for her nearly 20-year career in animal welfare. In 2006, Katie joined the League as our Customer Care Manager, a position she held for three years.

With a passion for creating exceptional employment experiences for employees, Rebecca Holmes joins the Dumb Friends League team as Director of Human Resources.
John Butler
Vice President of Finance and Administration
John Butler joined the Dumb Friends League as Vice President of Finance and Administration in November 2023.
Mary Sarah Fairweather
Vice President of Sheltering
Mary Sarah Fairweather is thrilled to bring more than 28 years of non-profit experience to the Dumb Friends League. She started her career in the performing arts, first in development at Carnegie Hall and later in leadership at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
